Tomahawk CEO Effects Change as Chamber of Commerce President

July 24, 2006, Carleton Place, Ontario – Technology will play a more prominent role in
the Carleton Place business community with the election of Robin Mulloy, Chief Executive
Officer of Tomahawk Technologies Inc., as 2006 President of the Carleton Place Chamber of
Commerce.

Tomahawk’s expertise in Internet technology will help the local Chamber of Commerce
become more visible to both the business community and the general public, including through
the Web site Tomahawk has developed for the community (http://www.carletonplace.com),
Mulloy said.

"As a business owner and active member with the Chamber of Commerce, I wanted to
see if there was a way Tomahawk could help bring better value to the membership," Mulloy said.
"Tomahawk plans on being an integral part of better communication with all groups locally. I
think there should also be better or more activity coming out of the Chamber office in the form
of youth and entrepreneur programs."

Mulloy’s plans also call for the business group to expand the range of services it offers to
its members. “Hopefully, we will be able to host a business expo or trade show. If we get
funding from Carleton Place Town Council, we could also see other events and activities.”

Mulloy took over as President of the Chamber of Commerce in April after serving as an
active member and as a director for three years. “I’m realizing there is an uphill battle to get the
Chamber momentum to swing. Council funding and more hours in the Chamber office will help
to remedy that. People are looking for an organization to belong to, one that meets all of their
needs as a business. That is what the Chamber is aiming for.”
